What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order allows customers to purchase an item that has been announced, but not yet released. This means the item is not in-stock, and generally will be released within a three month period from the original pre-order date. Pre-orders ensure you will receive the item you want most.

                       When will my Pre-order ship?
Your item will ship within three weeks of our warehouse receiving the pre-order items. Unfortunately, due to the current situation with Covid-19 manufacturing has been behind. Because of this the original release dates are subject to change at any time. Please be patient, we have little to no control over receiving pre-order items and we will try to keep customers up to date with any new information. Also keep in mind every retailer will receive product at different times.
